Bill and Carla built a new Rabbit mini stock for the 1994 season with the help of Bill and Teresa Alseth. Carla Raced with the FSCRA in Spanaway until 1996.

Carla drove the #15 in her rookie year 1993 at Spanaway Speedway. Carla was Rookie of the Year. and finished 6th out of 36 cars.
